Owls in the family

Today Finished a book called Owls in the Family by Farley Mowat. its about a boy named billy who has two pet owls. he is one of my favorite authors. he also wrote the story The Dog who wouldnt be. its about a dog named mutt who climbs trees. i sugest you check him out.

Minecraft

I'm playing a cool game online and it has some very strange physics. Trees float there are monsters and other people look like squidwards. Then again it's sort of realistic because it has mining and animal. But everything is a block or cube. Some are different sizes but most are the same. I'm saying all this because its fact and fantasy.

Norwegian Fun

Today I went to a get together and every one there had Norwegian heritage. We painted gnomes, made terrariums, sang songs in Norwegian, danced cooked and played a game called Kubb. It was really cool.

Mother Natures Gift

Yesterday we went for a walk. As we were walking I saw a snapping turtle. He couldn't hurt me or anything. Then my mom and I kept walking and saw three deer run across the road. On our way back Mom nearly stepped on a chipmunk and I nearly ran over a butterfly with my scooter.Then When I went to my grandma's house and when i was outside with my uncle and we saw a hawk flying over head and what a beautiful site it was.

Fantasy

Harry Potter 

 Harry Potter is a wizard who goes to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. His parents were killed by a dark wizard named Voldemort. His best friends are Hermione Granger and Ron Weasley. He goes through many dangers and troubles, but I'm only up to the fourth book, so I don't know how it ends yet. 

Lord of the Rings

This story is about a hobbit named Frodo who has to carry a cursed ring to be destroyed in Mount Doom. His best friend Samwise Gamgee goes along to help him, plus there's a ton of other characters like Aragorn, a ranger; Legolas, an elf archer; Mary and Pippin, two other hobbits; Gimli, a dwarf who is my favorite character. He's hilarious! And Gandalf, a powerful wizard. It's got battles and adventure and magic. It's really cool!

The Hobbit

The Hobbit is about Bilbo Baggins, the uncle of Frodo from Lord of the Rings. He goes on an adventure with twelve dwarves and Gandalf the wizard to defeat a dragon named Smaug. I don't know much more, because the second movie hasn't come out yet.

Doctor Who

Doctor Who lives in a police box, which is really his space ship, called the TARDIS. He's an alien but looks like humans. If he dies, he's regenerated into a different body which looks completely different. He fights monsters like Weepings Angels, Daleks, and Cybermen. He's funny and he's clever because he doesn't fight with violence, he always gives everyone a chance.

Really Wild Animals

Really Wild Animals teaches kids about animals all over the world. From the bottom of the sea, to the blue sky. There are several of these DVDs all over about sea animals, the rain forest, Antarctic, arctic, jungle and all over the world. The host spin is a globe named Spin and is very funny. It is very educational and yet entertaining to watch.

National Geographic

National geographic teaches you all about living things. Plants, animals, insects, you name it they got it. 

North America

North America is a show that shows you how hard it is to live in the wild. Whether it’s an insect, a bird, sea animal or land animal it has it.
